An alternative to Rich lists and Celebrities..the good people of Action for Happiness, the Argus and Happy.org have compiled a list of people from all walks of life, who are increasing happiness in Brighton and Hove. And yours truly is on it!
I am over the moon and honoured to be nominated for the Happy List 2016. It means that people are recognising and valuing those who care, share and promote joy, wellness and kindness. Ann O’Keife, Laughter Yoga teacher
My 3 top tips for increasing happiness:
- Laugh more and laugh with other people. A smile shared, a giggle and belly laugh-it’s the best medicine in the whole wide world.
- Focus on what is good in your life. e.g good health, home, family, nature, what you enjoy. Keep it simple and keep it real.
- Express gratitude and kindness regularly. It feels good and does good. Everyone wins.
