Developing an “attitude of gratitude” has so many benefits.
Research has shown that people who feel and express appreciation in their lives, experience improved health, authentic relationships and a sense of inner peace and fulfilment. The Meditate and Appreciate Group explores a different theme each session to bring gratitude and insight too.
We offer a safe space to be heard and supported, to discuss and share, to write and experience the Grateful Heart Meditation. Beverages and cake included.
