An alternative to Rich lists and Celebrities..the good people of Action for Happiness, the Argus and have compiled a list of people from all walks of life, who are increasing happiness in Brighton and Hove. And yours truly is on it!

My 3 top tips for increasing happiness:

  • Laugh more and laugh with other people. A smile shared, a giggle and belly laugh-it’s the best medicine in the whole wide world.
  • Focus on what is good in your life.  e.g good health, home, family, nature, what you enjoy. Keep it simple and keep it real.
  • Express gratitude and kindness regularly. It feels good and does good. Everyone wins.
