Relax in Beauty- a workshop of Creative writing, Guided Meditation and Sketching

Come relax and be inspired by the stunning natural beauty of Sussex Prairies( award winning gardens) in our Summer workshop. We’ll be using easy fun creative writing exercises, guided meditations and simple sketching. All abilities warmly welcome and no experience necessary.
Plenty of space in the Barn and Gardens to write, relax and enjoy tea and cake! Please bring pen, notebook and a packed lunch.
